Job Description

We are expanding our Delivery team and seeking a Project Manager to join our exciting journey as part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to time, scope, quality, and budget as per the contract.
• Develop and manage the project plan in line with the contract or statement of work.
• Plan, delegate, monitor, and control all project team activities, ensuring weekly Hitachi project team meetings.
• Resource the project plan throughout all lifecycle phases, managing demands via the agreed request process.
• Responsible for successful handover to Hitachi Lifetime Services.
• Address external factors affecting project delivery, taking remedial actions and escalating as needed.
• Review and approve project plan, effort, and cost changes weekly with the client Project Manager.
• Ensure the acceptance process is followed, obtaining written client acceptance for all deliverables, milestones, and phases.
• Act as the primary contact for the Project Team, escalating actions, issues, or risks to the Steering Group.
• Capture and detail all identified risks, issues, and actions, including ownership, priority, and date.
• Maintain awareness of the client's financial status and support Finance with debt collection/recovery.
• Inform the Sales team of any future revenue opportunities.
• Ensure personal and team compliance with the Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd Timesheet Policy.

• Ability to produce high-quality, professional written documentation, including work orders, contracts, and presentations.
