Missions of the Role

As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic steering of our client's roadmap. Your main missions will be to:

• Define processes and procedures for managing the operational and forecast roadmap.
• Define, maintain, and produce project performance indicators and dashboards.
• Analyze project data to build summaries, alert relevant stakeholders, and propose improvement plans.
• Advise project teams and support them in implementing recommendations.
• Organize and orchestrate operations with partner departments, by managing internal teams and piloting service providers.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you possess the following skills:

• Solid mastery of project management (planning, reporting, risk management).
• Rigor, proactivity, and strong proposal-making abilities.
• Ability to grasp complex environments and quickly ramp up, enabling you to be autonomous.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; you are a good communicator.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.

Recruitment Process:

• Tech & Business Interview: Deep dives into your technical skills with a subject matter expert.
• Leadership Interview: Evaluates your potential and career aspirations within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one in-person interview. Reference checks are requested, and depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be administered.

If your application is successful, we will send you an offer detailing the employment conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract will be formalized.
