Role Purpose

In close partnership with the Head of Category, the Global Project Manager Brand Moments is responsible for building the strategic frame and growth plan for Brand Moments and Gifting, ensuring marketing plans are delivered consistently from ideation and strategy to campaign activation. This role orchestrates the entire 360 marketing calendar, defines activation plans, and collaborates with 360 teams to develop relevant and impactful assets, content, and guidelines, ensuring an integrated engagement approach across all channels and a strategic, disruptive way to emerge.

This position works closely with the Creative team to co-create concepts and innovative big ideas aligned with strategic objectives for globally recognized Brand Moments, ensuring plans and campaigns are developed and executed within the strategic framework.

This role embodies the responsibility of driving all 360 stakeholders, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, leading the marketing strategy for all brand moments, and driving the creation, production, coordination, and consistency of online and offline content.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Category in creating the strategy and 360 activation plan.
  • Drive the creation of breakthrough campaign concepts and imagery, aligned with strategic category objectives and customer insights, by briefing the creative team.
  • Partner with the Global Product Innovation Manager in developing creative kits and limited edition concepts, playing a key role in big idea creation.
  • Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of consumer trends, fueling the team with insights and notes on latest competitor activations. Stay updated on communication trends to constantly optimize category content.
  • Develop close partnerships with markets and zones, regularly assessing local launches and market performance to ensure marketing plans suit business needs.
  • Define the scope of 360 assets required for activation (channels, touchpoints, assets, formats), in collaboration with the 360 teams.
  • Organize kick-off hackathon days with all 360 teams around campaign concepts and big ideas to drive 360 asset creation.
  • Orchestrate the development of 360 content: online, offline, advocacy, education, and retail.
  • Ensure shooting productions, with the help of producers, and assets are delivered on time, respecting drive timelines.

What We Are Looking For

Work Experience
  • 2-5 years experience in marketing project management within the consumer goods and/or beauty industry, demonstrating skills/experience at a Manager capacity.
  • Hands-on experience owning and driving 360 marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, in a global organisation.
  • Ideally previous experience in the beauty, or previous experience in another category for a luxury brand.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a full time position operating with a hybrid working pattern and is a fixed term contract for the duration of 2026.
