About the role
Technicien d'exploitation industrielle (H/F)
Manpower Cabinet de recrutement recherche pour son client sur Antibes, un acteur du secteur des Industries, un Technicien d'exploitation industrielle (H/F) dans le cadre d'un CDI.
Sous la direction du Responsable d'exploitation, vous assurez la surveillance du fonctionnement des équipements informatiques physiques et logiques.
Missions principales :
- Réaliser les rondes de surveillance des équipements du site et réaliser des relevés de fonctionnement.
- Détecter des opérations de maintenance du 1er niveau afin de traiter au plus tôt les dérives constatées.
- Participer à la formulation des demandes d'interventions internes (diagnostic établi, causes et symptômes) pour d'éventuels travaux à réaliser par le service de maintenance.
- Assister le chef de quart dans des opérations de conduite (arrêt de ligne, couplage alternateur, perte de débit vapeur ou déclenchement électrique, marche dégradée de l'installation).
- Réaliser les opérations de mise en sécurité des équipements sous contrôle du chef de quart.
- En l'absence du pontier, assurer la réception, le gerbage et le chargement des groupes four chaudière.
- Réaliser le chargement des sous-produits, surveiller l'approvisionnement en réactifs.
- Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité, de qualité, de conditions de travail et les procédures métier liées à l'activité.
- Porter les Equipements de Protection Individuelle (EPI) mis à disposition par l'entreprise.
Compétences attendues :
- Formation technique de type BEP / Bac pro / Bac technique.
- Une 1ère expérience dans le domaine industriel est fortement appréciée.
- Rigueur dans l'exécution des rondes de surveillance.
- Capacité à travailler en coordination avec les équipes d'exploitation et de maintenance.
- Capacité à assurer la surveillance d'équipements physiques et systèmes automatisés.
