Overview

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Civil Structural Project Engineer for our Federal Services Group. In this role you will contribute to designing and analyzing critical power plant systems, both for new and existing facilities, applying cutting-edge engineering principles.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing equipment mounts, foundations, and pipe supports.
  • Performing static and dynamic analysis for seismic loads.
  • Developing specifications for structural components.
  • Conducting site walkdowns and reviews.
  • Ensuring code-compliant and cost-effective design solutions.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License.
  • At least 10 years of power system design experience.
  • Experience with DOE federal projects.
  • Proficiency in preparing structural calculations and using design software.
  • Understanding of concrete and steel design codes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
