About the Team

Responsibilities

• Build and execute data-driven programmatic SEO campaigns to capture high-volume commercial intent.
• Analyze competitor landscapes to identify untapped niches and audiences.
• Design semantic site structures, keyword clusters, and internal linking strategies.
• Define measurable SEO objectives and forecast growth aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tech teams to incorporate SEO into platform development.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior to adjust tactics.
• Manage technical site health including crawling, indexing, and speed performance.
• Develop custom AI workflows and tools for automated research, content production, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2C SEO experience, especially in Affiliate, Cashback, or Aggregator platforms.
• Expert proficiency in using AI to build scalable programmatic SEO engines.
• Hands-on experience with low-code automation (Make.com, n8n) and scripting (Python/JS).
• Deep expertise with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and product analytics (MixPanel, GA4).
• Ability to translate search data into financial forecasts and define clear KPIs.
• Experience designing SEO experiments to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Strong technical collaboration skills with Developers and Product Managers.
• Adaptability in response to Google Core Updates and AI Search shifts.

Compensation & Benefits
