Role Overview

As a Customer Experience AI Implementation Specialist, you will lead integrations and optimize tools to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also coach the team on using tools and support product launches and process changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrations and implement customer experience tools.
  • Coach and train teams on systems like Maestro, Zendesk, and Ada BOT.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and process changes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize the Zendesk ticketing tool.
  • Prepare insightful reporting on BOT and team performance.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • University or College Degree in eCommerce, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Experience or eCommerce.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Ada, Maestro, Aftership, and Shopify is an asset.
  • Excellent coaching, training, analytical and project management skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and AI-driven automation.
