The Role: Inventory Coordinator

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will coordinate the loaned instruments used in surgical procedures, maintain instrument sets, liaise with hospitals and medical companies, and ensure documentation is managed effectively. You will also be responsible for fulfilling ecommerce orders and managing office supply logistics.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unpack loan set kits from hospitals.
• Ensure instrument and implant sets are ready and functional.
• Liaise with couriers and place urgent orders.
• Manage ERP transactions accurately and on time.
• Conduct systematic cycle counts and handle inventory.
• Fulfill ecommerce orders and update customer databases.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Perform manual handling, including occasional heavy lifting up to 15kg.

About You

You are motivated, detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer support communication is key. Professional presentation and a positive attitude are required. A pre-employment medical is mandatory for all applicants.
