A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience.
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives.
- Build a responsible service culture focused on fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging both team and guests to 'come as they are'.

As an ideal candidate, you'll possess strong hospitality leadership and operational experience, coupled with positivity and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment. Your passion for guest experience should be contagious, inspiring, coaching, and developing your team. You must hold current industry RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence qualifications.
