Role Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assessment and improvement programs.
• Utilize applications such as PatCom, UDS, ORYX, and Press Ganey for improvement insights.
• Oversee risk management activities including incident reporting and corrective action planning.
• Coordinate and review hospital policies while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field (preferred).
• License or certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management with a focus on regulatory compliance and performance improvement.
