Diverse Tasks

• You will update the existing ISO 27001 documentation of the product team "Domain & Connectivity" and migrate it from on-premises to Azure DevOps.
• You will carefully review and update outdated information, applying a modern format such as Arch42 or the ISO 27001 format.
• In close communication with developers and operators, you will coordinate content and ensure the quality of the documentation.
• You will have the opportunity to develop a tool, plugin, or script to automatically translate the documentation into English.
• Optionally, you can build a simple CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps to automatically deploy the documentation to the internal EnBW cloud.
• You will optionally integrate quality checks such as format validation, link checks, or syntax checks into the pipeline and document them for future use by the team.

Convincing Profile

• You have general IT affinity, a basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or platforms, and are interested in topics like IT security, cloud, or infrastructure – specialized knowledge is not required as we will support you during onboarding.
• You enjoy structuring information and have initial experience with documentation tools like Markdown, Word, or wiki systems. You are willing to learn modern documentation frameworks like arc42 or ISO27001.
• Basic knowledge of modern tools like Azure DevOps (Repos, Wikis, Pipelines) and Git (basic commands) is part of your repertoire. Simple scripts, e.g., in Python or Bash, are a plus but not a requirement.
• You have fluent German and good reading and writing skills in English. You are open to using tools for automatic translation, such as plugins or APIs.
• You have a friendly and clear communication style and are not afraid to ask questions or actively seek information.
• Your independent way of working is reflected in your enjoyment of learning new topics, designing structures, and carefully updating outdated content.
• Optionally, you have initial experience with automation (e.g., translation workflows or Python), an interest in IT security and basic ISO 27001 knowledge, or familiarity with documentation standards such as arc42, Asciidoc, and YAML – all of which would be a plus.
