Enable is revolutionizing pricing and rebates with an intelligent, AI-powered platform built for today's fast-paced market. As the Website and SEO Director, you will serve as the product owner for our corporate website, acting as a business strategist to drive organic growth and oversee user experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Web Product Ownership: Own the corporate website and define its strategy.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop conversion paths and run A/B testing.
- Development Management: Manage agencies or internal teams for timely technical updates.
- SEO Leadership: Implement comprehensive SEO tactics to boost organic traffic.
- UX Oversight: Ensure intuitive navigation and high-fidelity design.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Business acumen to convert business needs into digital solutions.
- Strong UX design and wireframe comprehension.
- Excellent project management with Agile/Scrum aptitude.
- Solid technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, CMS, and Core Web Vitals.
Required Experience
- 6+ years managing high-traffic corporate websites in B2B or SaaS.
- Proven skills managing web developers, agencies, and UX design teams.
- Track record of improving organic search rankings and conversions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Intent platforms like Demandbase, Bombora, or 6Sense.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or Marketo, and Sentient Interface design.
