Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Events will lead and scale the events program by owning the strategy and execution of enterprise-focused, corporate, and external events. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and various internal stakeholders to support complex buying journeys and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the events strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise sales and go-to-market priorities.
- Plan and execute end-to-end events including executive dinners, conferences, trade shows, partner events and corporate events.
- Build, manage, and mentor a growing events team with clear priorities.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales to integrate events into account-based strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality corporate events.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and optimization of event spend.
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to enhance cost efficiency.
- Lead on-site event execution ensuring quality attendee and stakeholder experiences.
- Define and track success metrics and report performance insights.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Experience managing and scaling teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and account-based marketing.
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience managing B2B events, ideally within enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
