Your Role

As the Manager, Solutions Consulting, you will:

• Manage daily operations of the N.A. Solutions Consulting function.
• Coordinate SC resource requests and support Sales and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide support on prospect calls and weekly forecast meetings.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of world class consulting professionals.
• Define team strategy to meet organizational growth goals and establish OKRs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive solutions consulting experience with a proven performance record.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
