About the Role: Robotic Process Automation Intern
If you are a technology student eager to apply your knowledge in an innovative environment, this opportunity is for you! As an intern at Emergo by UL, you will work directly with process automation, developing and enhancing BOTs, and providing support in Quality Assurance (QA). Your mission will be to contribute to operational efficiency through technology, learning and applying knowledge in development, testing, and automation maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and implement BOTs for process automation.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Provide support to the Quality Assurance (QA) team in administrative and operational tasks.
- Work with Microsoft software for internal process optimization.
- Apply knowledge in Python, Java, and Excel for automation development and analysis (differentiator).
- Explore Power BI for data analysis and visualization (differentiator).
Qualifications
- Student of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, currently in their 1st or 2nd year.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of programming in Python and Java (intermediate level is a plus).
- Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power FX.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
