- Interface function between the RM team, customers, and SSI Backoffice
- Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations, and managing all support and maintenance work
- Responsibility for achieving agreed contract performance and being the main point of contact for the customer
- Several years of professional experience in plant and mechanical engineering with personnel responsibility or in the specified field of activity
- Fluent German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- Knowledge of effective time management and planning skills
- Experience in documentation & reporting within a CMMS
