We are helping The Lift Co. find the best candidate to join their flexible team for the Senior Technical SEO Specialist role. The Lift Co.'s mission is to simplify access to the Digital Kit, facilitating small businesses and freelancers in their leap towards digital transformation through comprehensive, transparent, and cost-free management, connecting them with effective technological solutions that boost their growth.
Compensation & Location
Compensation: USD 1.5K - 2.5K/month + Commissions (USD 300/month) + Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)
Location: Remote (anywhere)
Ideal Candidate Profile
You will lead the technical SEO architecture of complex projects, driving growth with AI and data. This role is not for someone who only optimizes titles and meta descriptions; we need someone who understands SEO at a structural, technical, and strategic level.
- +5 years of experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Proficient in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google Search Console, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Ahrefs
- Conversational Spanish is required
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO (Core of the Role)
- Advanced technical audits (crawlability, indexability, rendering, logs)
- Core Web Vitals optimization (LCP, CLS, INP)
- SEO architecture and scalable structure design
- Indexing management, canonicals, crawl budget
- Structured data implementation and validation
- Diagnosis and resolution of complex technical problems
Strategic SEO
- Advanced keyword research based on business intent
- Design of clusters and topical authority
- Scalable internal linking strategies
- Launch and growth of new projects from scratch
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Content optimization for visibility in AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
- Identification of sources used by generative engines
- Strategies for positioning in AI-generated results
- Content adaptation to new search paradigms
Analysis and Performance
- Advanced use of tools suchs as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GA4
- Logs analysis (desirable)
- Data-driven decision making
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of real experience in SEO
- Strong technical profile
- Demonstrable experience in projects where SEO has generated significant growth
- Ability to perform and execute complete technical audits
- Proficiency in professional SEO tools
- Experience working with developers
- Results-oriented mindset, not task-oriented
