About Intely

We are Intely, a healthcare data interoperability platform powering EMR/EHR integrations, data migration, and clinical bridges for hospital systems and digital health companies.

What you will do

• Build production features across our four products in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Own end-to-end delivery: backend APIs, data pipelines, frontend UI, infrastructure.
• Integrate with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.) using HL7 v2, FHIR, and proprietary APIs.
• Build healthcare data transformations, validation, and migration logic.
• Work directly with the founder on architecture and product decisions.
• Help raise the bar on code quality, testing, and CI/CD as we scale.

Who you are

• 5+ years building production SaaS in TypeScript/Node.js.
• Strong with Next.js (App Router), Postgres, AWS, and Docker.
• Experience designing and shipping non-trivial backend systems (event-driven, async pipelines, queue-based architectures).
• Ship fast without breaking things — strong testing instincts.
• Native or near-native English (writing + speaking).
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment with high autonomy and high accountability.

Bonus Skills

• Healthcare experience (HL7, FHIR, EMR/EHR integrations, HIPAA).
• AI/ML experience (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).
• Kubernetes operations experience.
• Worked at a US-based startup.
