SaaS Quality Assurance Manager - Automation & Cypress
FreightPOP is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead a quality transformation by scaling automation with AI and ensuring flawless product delivery. You will be a key member of the R&D Leadership Team, responsible for setting strategy, enforcing quality standards, and managing a team of QA Analysts and SDETs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall QA strategy and execute quality transformation
- Build and deploy automation strategy using AI tools
- Lead Cypress automation at scale and manage release quality
- Establish quality metrics and reporting dashboards
- Mentor and develop a team of QA professionals
- Collaborate in SCRUM events and ensure testing discipline
Immediate Quality First Focus
- Enforce quality gates and reduce production defects
- Accelerate automation and reduce manual testing dependency
- Develop team capabilities and strengthen shift-left collaboration
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years in software Quality Assurance with SaaS experience
- 4+ years in QA management/leadership
- Expertise in QA automation with significant Cypress experience
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Location: Remote in Brazil.
