Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Just Job Lease is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support U.S. Personal Injury law firms. This full-time, remote role focuses on managing critical litigation documentation and supporting the discovery process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents for litigation.
- Organize documents and evidence for Personal Injury cases.
- Support interrogatories and document requests.
- Manage and organize medical and billing records.
- Maintain organized digital case files using case management systems.
- Adhere to firm templates and instructions.
- Upload and manage files in systems like Clio, Filevine, and MyCase.
Requirements:
- Experience working for a U.S. law firm.
- Experience supporting Personal Injury cases.
- Familiarity with legal documentation.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Proficiency in Records management, Personal injury litigation, Medical terminology, Litigation support, Legal research.
- Potential to develop in MyCase, Litigation consulting, Filevine, Clio Manage.
- Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
