About the Role

The Metabase SQL Data Analyst will shape data analytics for labs worldwide. This role is remote and requires a minimum 8-hour overlap with U.S. Central Time Zone for synchronous meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build new Simplified Models to query using Metabase.
  • Develop paid, customer-facing in-app analytics dashboards with secure data access.
  • Create a Public Database with aggregated and anonymized data.
  • Integrate customer-specific data with benchmark data dashboards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience as a data analyst/data scientist using SQL.
  • Expert in building high-performance SQL queries, data models, and ETL data pipelines.
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL and Metabase, including dashboard creation and security features.
  • Strong attention to detail with timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
  • Conversational level written English.

General Responsibilities

Lead and execute development of various data models, databases, and analytics dashboards to support the end users of Confident LIMS' software application and selected third-parties using current technologies (AWS, PostgreSQL, Metabase, and React).
