- Applying to approximately 50 remote senior software engineer roles using support teams.
- Receiving real-time technical and behavioral interview assistance.
- Engaging in daily standups, sprint meetings, and communications post-hire.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must be novice software developers with internship or junior-level experience, fully fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Workflow Transparency
Compensation is based on an hourly rate of USD 5 - 10 plus bonuses, and a revenue sharing model where 60% of monthly earnings are transferred to Kevesta.
