About the Growth Engineer Role at Hire1
We are seeking a scrappy, AI-native Growth Engineer to join Hire1, a category-defining healthcare company. This role demands a builder-operator who excels in high-autonomy environments and is adept at constructing scalable experimentation systems that deliver substantial revenue impact. This is not a traditional marketing role; we are looking for someone who thinks in terms of systems, automation, and measurable outcomes, leveraging AI tools to amplify their output significantly.
You will be instrumental in driving growth through innovative, AI-powered solutions, with a direct line to the CEO and founding team, ensuring real autonomy and significant impact.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
- Proficiency in Paid ads, Figma, Data analysis, Claude, and Apollo.io.
- Conversational fluency in English.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to 10x your output.
- Proven track record of running measurable growth campaigns.

What You’ll Do
AI-Powered Growth Systems
- Build workflows that generate, test, and iterate on hundreds of creative assets.
- Utilize AI to scale paid ads, SEO, and landing page experimentation.
- Automate creative production and performance analysis loops.
Full-Funnel Experimentation
You will own the complete growth cycle, from launch to optimization:
- Launch campaigns.
- Measure performance.
- Optimize for ROI.
- Run paid acquisition campaigns (primarily targeting doctors).
- Develop referral loops and scalable growth infrastructure.
Strategy & Execution
- Work directly with the CEO to translate high-level strategy into actionable experiments.
- Provide data-driven feedback to shape messaging and positioning.
- Develop templated assets and repeatable growth playbooks.
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze full conversion funnels using tools like PostHog.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratios.
- Translate insights into rapid experimentation cycles.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on growth experimentation (Entrepreneurial projects and side hustles are counted).
- Experience running paid ads and/or User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to build systems, not just execute isolated campaigns.
- Comfortable operating independently with high ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset.
