Data Analyst at Cyberbacker Careers
Emma of Torre.ai is assisting Cyberbacker Careers in finding a dedicated Data Analyst to join their team full-time for this remote role in the Philippines. In this position, you will be pivotal in driving organizational growth by ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and providing strategic, actionable insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for real-time reporting and diagnosing trends on key performance metrics.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI reports.
- Ensure data is current and accurate for the assigned division.
- Work in partnership with leadership to align data insights with business goals.
- Consistently review duplicate records to maintain data integrity.
- Use multiple data sources to update incorrect or incomplete data points.
- Create standard QC reports to identify and correct data issues.
- Implement processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation for organization-wide data.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- High accuracy and orientation to quality in all data-related tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings effectively.
- Inquisitive and analytical – possess a strong ability to search for meaning and patterns in data.
- Organized and strategic – capable of aligning analysis and reporting with overarching business needs.
