Role Overview
As the Nursing Clinical Lead, you are accountable for the delivery of specialist clinical and nursing services across Emirates Group Medical Services. Your responsibilities may span leadership, clinical practice, administrative oversight, and technical support. You will work autonomously, applying critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain telemedicine nursing services.
- Develop and implement telemedicine protocols and guidelines.
- Triage patients efficiently in accordance with international best practices.
- Provide supervision and guidance to telemedicine nursing teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure secure, user-friendly platforms.
- Advise on actions ensuring compliance with telemedicine regulations.
- Facilitate education and training in telemedicine practices.
- Audit and report on key performance indicators for service delivery.
- Promote evidence-based practice and adherence to clinical policies.
Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of nursing experience in clinical, medical, or safety-related fields. • Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse. • Proven ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
A willingness to develop competencies in Primary Care Practice Nursing and Aviation Medicine. Paediatric nursing experience is desirable.
