Job Description

Job Purpose

As a member of Emirates, you will be the friendly face that assists customers while ensuring safety on board. This role requires adaptability, leadership, and a focus on safety procedures in a diverse team environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in hospitality or customer service
  • High school graduate (Grade 12)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language is a plus
  • Height requirement: at least 160cm, reaching 212cm on tiptoes
  • No visible tattoos during uniform duty
  • Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements

Training & Work Environment

You will undergo world-class training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai to master aircraft services, security, and safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month
  • Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (avg. 80-100 hours/month)
  • Average Total Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 per month
  • Meal allowances, hotel accommodation, and airport transport provided
