Job Description

Head of Growth at EMIL - Emotion Motivation Inspiring Learning

EMIL is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to own paid acquisition and performance for a US-focused consumer/DTC brand. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Tel Aviv, Israel, emphasizing a strategic doer who directly runs campaigns, tests creatives, and scales channels, rather than a high-level executive role. You will also manage a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the new brand's growth strategy from 0 to 100.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 direct reports.
  • Ensure deep involvement and understanding of performance across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to optimize campaigns.
  • Work with the Retention team to develop and execute email marketing and SMS strategies.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Motion Up, Add.ai, Magics, House.io, and Adge.AI.
  • Extract and analyze data, demonstrating a deep understanding of performance metrics.
  • Leverage data tools including Excel and Tableau for reporting and insights.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution.
  • Manage CTV/TV advertising channels.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in acquisition/performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including managing large budgets and scaling experience.
  • Proven track record as a truly hands-on operator, not solely focused on strategy or team management.
  • Experience in B2C, B2B2C, or B2Smbs markets.
  • E-commerce experience.
  • Proficiency in UA management across various channels (Google, Meta, Social Media, TV).
  • Management experience of at least 2-3 people, including TL positions.
  • Passion for campaigns and ability to lead hands-on in the initial stages.
  • Strong understanding of data and numbers, combined with high creative abilities.
  • Experience in the US market, requiring fluent English (native speaker is an advantage).
  • Significant advantage for experience in TV or CTV advertising.

Nice to Have

  • Consumer/ecommerce/DTC background.
  • Direct experience marketing to the US market.
