About the Role: Documentation Administrator with Italian at Emerson
As a Documentation Administrator with Italian at Emerson in Cluj-Napoca, you will play a crucial role in managing all Sales Office documentation, ensuring that customer requirements are met accurately and on schedule. This position acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all documentation matters, overseeing the entire process from initiation through to closure and post-delivery support as needed. You will be responsible for storing all requested documents properly, making them easily accessible, and releasing them appropriately. This includes reviewing blueprints, drawings, and engineering files to support manufacturing and other departments. We are looking for a proactive individual to contribute to our team and uphold our high standards of document management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and maintain Emerson documentation standards, including layout and content.
- Study drawings, specifications, and product samples to prepare user documentation such as how-to guides and instruction manuals.
- Create Documentation Dossiers per user requirements for MRO and service orders, including table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks, and citations.
- Collect, organize, and perform quality control on electronic documentation from factories, COFs, and other sources.
- Produce and deliver approval and final documentation in required formats (electronic, paper, CD-ROM), ensuring high presentation standards.
- Update ERP systems (OCM, CRM, Oracle) with documentation status and maintain alignment with business requirements.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all documentation-related matters, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Order Administrators, and Drawing Teams to align documentation with customer and factory orders.
- Act as escalation point for documentation execution issues and support dispute management with Order Management.
- Archive soft copies, review published materials for improvements, and continuously enhance knowledge of products, business processes, and documentation tools.

Required Qualifications for This Role:
- University degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Good level of using Microsoft Office package
