About the role
Internship Collection with French (6 Months)
Reporting to the AR Manager, you will assist in the management of Accounts Receivables, will learn all Collections processes and procedures, as well as the ERP systems used in Europe.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Participate in all training classes
- Understand Collections process and procedures
- Learn to use the Collections software – GetPaid
- Learn to use the ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, Syteline
- Understand escalation process to higher management for exceptional situations where help is required
- Understand the communication process with other departments and different business units on different queries
- Any other tasks required by the Team

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Excellent comprehension of French & English (written and spoken)
- Proven understanding and studies in Finance or Accounts Receivables (Collections/Cash Allocation)
- PC experience (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Quick learner
- Knowledge and understanding of other European languages distinct advantage
- Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas would be a distinct advantage
