Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and refine requirements based on business needs from cross-functional teams to schedule the webinars.
  • Coordinate, set up, and maintain marketing webinars, offering live back-end support to panelists during sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of online webinars.
  • Maintain change logs and documentation for all webinar operations.
  • Anticipate and track operational risks, offering strategic solutions.
  • Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions are executed as per best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities.
  • Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments across different time zones.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mass communication, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of handling global clients/stakeholders experience.
  • Strong understanding of online events and standards, with deep knowledge of Zoom and its latest features being a plus.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple fast-paced marketing projects concurrently.
  • Ability to develop ideas with a focus on both details and the big picture.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential for a globally distributed team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the marketing funnel.
