Overview
EmergeCore Networks is hiring a Documentation Coordinator to support the development, maintenance, and revision of practitioner operations manuals and forms for various practitioner groups nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Create and update operations manuals and forms.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy documentation.
- Collaborate with senior staff and various departments for requirements gathering.
- Analyze content for consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Upload and perform quality assurance for final documents.
- Track revisions and update documents annually.
- Conduct research and recommend solutions to the Manager.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of all documents.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum two years of relevant experience with strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe LiveCycle Designer is required.

Work Environment
This is a remote work-from-home position. Candidates must have a stable internet connection (minimum download 50 Mbps, upload 10 Mbps) and be capable of participating in video meetings.
