Overview
The Chief Product Technology Officer Fintech leads the end-to-end product and technology portfolio for a global fintech platform. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will set product strategy, modernize execution, and elevate product and engineering capabilities across flagship businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear product strategy tied to revenue growth and risk outcomes.
- Build and maintain prioritized roadmaps for multiple products.
- Strengthen onboarding, CRM hooks, and growth engine processes.
- Embed compliance, risk controls, and regulatory readiness in products.
- Drive architectural decisions for scalability and reliability.
- Implement modern product development systems and AI-native workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, trust, and scale. You will manage product conception, execution, and governance while balancing speed with compliance and innovation with stability.
What You Bring
- 12+ years in brokerage, trading fintech or similar regulated industries.
- Minimum 5 years in senior product leadership handling multi-product portfolios.
- Proven experience leading distributed teams globally.
- Strong technical grounding and strategic depth with hands-on pragmatism.
- Ability to embed compliance and risk management in engineering workflows.
