Role Overview
Quality is at the core of our operations. Within the medico-social sector, Emeis is seeking a Quality Manager for the PACA region. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a 6-month maternity leave replacement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and risk management initiatives with the management teams of the assigned establishments, in alignment with the group's strategy, current regulations, and HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé) requirements. Reporting to the National Manager of the medico-social pole, this role is part of the regional management team and involves close collaboration with regional stakeholders and the healthcare quality network.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management of the Quality System: Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System (SMQ), ensuring its coherence, consistency, and proper functioning. This includes promptly addressing risks and incidents, coordinating internal and external SMQ stakeholders, managing internal audit programs and their follow-up, conducting internal quality audits, and ensuring the achievement and maintenance of external evaluations (HAS and others). Propose improvements to processes, methods, and tools within the SMQ to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Promotion of the Quality System: Oversee the updating, drafting, archiving, and dissemination of SMQ documentation. Manage the quality system management software and ensure its effective use by teams. Promote, raise awareness, support, and train internal stakeholders on SMQ evolutions.
- Activity Monitoring and Reporting: Establish periodic reporting for the regional and national directorates. Prepare for and/or participate in relevant management committees. Define and track key performance indicators for the perimeter. Lead or participate in regional or national projects related to quality management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Higher education in Quality Management/Risk Management.
- Significant experience (5 years) in quality and risk management within the healthcare and/or medico-social sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership to unite teams across the region's establishments.
- Rigor, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and priority management.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
Additional Information
The position is based in the PACA region, requiring regular travel to all sites within the region. A valid driver's license is mandatory. A company vehicle will be provided.
