About the Clinic
A 20 km from Nice, easily accessible via the A8 motorway, Clinique L'Oliveraie des Cayrons is a private establishment for Polyvalent and Geriatric Medical and Rehabilitation Care. Located just 5 minutes from the historic center of Vence, it sits within a 2-hectare park, shared with the Retirement Residence La Bastide des Cayrons.
The Clinic welcomes adult patients for medical or post-operative care following the acute phase of their pathology. It also features a 12-bed Cognitive Behavioral Unit dedicated to patients with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.
A stable multidisciplinary team will enable you to progress serenely, contributing to our establishment's long-term project and ensuring excellent care for our residents. About the Role
For the Clinique l'Oliveraie des Cayrons in Vence (06), we are seeking a Head of Care on a permanent contract (CDI).

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Establishment Director, the Head of Care will be responsible for:
- Organizing the continuity of activities and care, and controlling the management of materials and products.
- Coordinating human and material resources to provide nursing care and examinations, supporting the patient's journey towards autonomy and promoting the establishment's care policy.
- Ensuring communication between the patient, their family, and the various clinic departments.
- Managing the care team and contributing to their skill development.
Qualifications
You must be a registered nurse (Infirmier.e diplômé.e d'Etat) and possess a Health Management diploma (diplôme de cadre de santé). Ideally, you have prior experience in a Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) setting.
