The Role

You will progress through a 4 phased program to understand every facet of operations from warehouse and customer service to leadership and operations management. Gain hands-on experience, develop sales territories, and build strong customer partnerships.

Program Phases

• Phase 1: Warehouse, product knowledge, customer service and logistics.
• Phase 2: Customer relationships, procurement, and blueprint reading.
• Phase 3: Account management, proactive sales, and contract negotiation.
• Phase 4: Leadership development and operations management.

Qualifications

Recent graduates with a university degree or college diploma from any discipline are encouraged to apply. Applicants should demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen interest in sales. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary of $52,500 plus profit sharing, competitive benefits, pension plan contributions, and opportunities to relocate within Canada with full assistance.
