The Role

As a Management Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4-phase program:

  • Phase 1: Warehouse operations and customer service development.
  • Phase 2: Customer relationships and procurement, blueprint reading.
  • Phase 3: Account management, proactive sales, and contract negotiation.
  • Phase 4: Leadership, operations, team mentoring, and strategy development.
