Job Description
Base Salary: $52,500 + Profit Sharing
This full-time position is part of our Management Development Program designed for new or recent graduates. Successful candidates may be required to relocate within Canada, with relocation assistance provided. The program consists of four phases:
- Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Gain hands-on experience with logistics, customer service, and operational controls.
- Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Learn blueprint reading and project management while managing customer and vendor relations.
- Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Develop business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand the customer base.
- Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Lead teams, mentor others, and set strategic vision for business operations.
Upon completion, trainees will transition into management roles at one of our Canadian Profit Center locations.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in any discipline
- Positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interest in sales and a valid driver’s license
