This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the energy of closing deals and the satisfaction of delivering exceptional implementations. You'll blend pre-sales consulting, solution configuration, hands-on training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales:
You'll be the technical voice in the room, translating complex supply chain challenges into compelling solution narratives:

- Lead discovery sessions to uncover business requirements and map them to QSTRAT capabilities
- Articulate QSTRAT's differentiators against competitive solutions and industry alternatives
- Build and maintain demo environments and proof-of-concept configurations
- Create RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with the sales team
- Address prospect and customer queries with clear proof points that enable us to win deals
Implementation & Solution Consulting
You'll own the customer journey from signed contract to go-live and long-term loyalty:
- Deliver end-to-end implementation consulting and functional training for new and existing customers
- Configure solutions to meet customer business requirements and guide adoption to accelerate time-to-value
- Provide hands-on end-user configuration and training to ensure effective system utilization
- Own project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication to deliver on-time, on-budget implementations
- Act as the customer's trusted advisor, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to ensure long-term platform adoption and ROI
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale through go-live and beyond
- Manage implementation projects across multiple concurrent customers
- Document customer configurations and maintain internal knowledge base
Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of implementation methodologies, training materials, and product documentation
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Training, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product enhancements and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze data to support customer insights, reporting needs, and internal initiatives
- Champion process improvements that reduce time-to-value for customers and scale our implementation practice
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / Software Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5+ years delivering end-to-end software implementation and/or pre-sales solution consulting for enterprise or SaaS applications
- Domain knowledge in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or distribution
