About the role

Introduction & Résumé

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join the UX/UI Designers team within the CRM & Flows Department of DDSI. The ideal candidate will master Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies and play a central role in ergonomics and user experience, contributing to innovative projects such as the new Brand Management CRM and business sales support tools. You will work directly with advisors and managers, ensuring solutions that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for:

  • Mastering Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
  • Playing a central role in all ergonomics and user experience matters.
  • Conducting field studies, including interviews and observations with users.
  • Mocking up interfaces and interactions, and writing ergonomic recommendations.
  • Facilitating co-creation workshops with users.
  • Supporting the Product Owner and UI Designers in developing new interfaces.
  • Defining customer journeys and developing Storyboards.
  • Conducting user tests and providing analyses and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience in UX/UI and user-centered design.
  • Mastery of Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
