Senior Smart Automation Developer Dataiku LLM

About the Role

As part of developing our Smart Automation & Agentic AI capabilities, we are seeking a Senior Smart Automation Developer to design, develop, and industrialize advanced process automation solutions. These solutions primarily leverage the Dataiku platform and its LLM Mesh capabilities, enabling the integration of language models and AI agents into automated workflows. The team's objective is to create intelligent automations capable of orchestrating data, application systems, and AI agents to optimize and simplify operational processes. The Senior Smart Automation Developer will play a key role in the technical design, development, and industrialization of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Intelligent Automation Solutions: Design process automation solutions using the Dataiku platform. Define automation architectures combining data pipelines, workflow orchestration, integration with application systems, and AI agents. Leverage Dataiku's LLM Mesh to integrate language models into automated processes.
• Develop Agentic AI Solutions: Design and implement AI agents capable of executing or assisting tasks within automated processes. Develop workflows integrating LLMs via Dataiku's LLM Mesh. Implement orchestration logic between AI agents, data pipelines, and application systems.
• Industrialization and Integration: Build and maintain automated pipelines and workflows on the Dataiku platform. Integrate automation solutions with existing IT systems via APIs and services. Apply industrialization best practices, including version management, supervision (monitoring), deployment automation, and workflow governance.
• Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams responsible for systems involved in automated processes. Design integration mechanisms with existing applications. Contribute to the definition of integration patterns and technical standards.
• Contribution to Smart Automation Platform: Contribute to the evolution of Smart Automation & Agentic AI capabilities. Define development and architecture standards for automation. Mentor junior technical profiles. Promote best practices in automation and LLM usage.

Qualifications

• Experience: Over 10 years of experience in software development, process automation, or data engineering/automation.
• Certification: Mandatory certification on the Dataiku platform (Developer or Advanced Developer).

Technical Skills

• Dataiku Platform: Expertise in Dataiku for data pipeline development, workflow automation, data process orchestration, and integration with external APIs and systems.
• Generative AI and LLM: Experience using LLMs via Dataiku's LLM Mesh. Understanding of LLM integration into automated workflows. Strong foundation in prompt engineering: prompt structuring, contextualization, and managing instructions/constraints.
• Automation & Integration: Proficiency in Python, data pipelines, workflow automation, API integration, and automated process orchestration.
• Engineering: Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps/deployment automation, and software development best practices.
