Junior Business Analyst Trading Desk

emagine is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Trading Desk team. This role is crucial for the operation of a software suite supporting pricing and market making in a complex financial environment. You will help improve and maintain the application used by traders across multiple international sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to manage functional requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth communication with teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to support traders' decisions.
  • Contribute to the implementation and management of compliance-related aspects of the application.
  • Write and maintain documentation for processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets finance.
  • Knowledge of financial products (FI).
  • Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of the Agile development cycle.
  • Proficiency in both French and English languages.
