About The Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team at emagine, supporting crucial systems in a dynamic, international setting. The successful candidate will possess significant technical expertise in CFT, Control‑M, Dynatrace, and Kubernetes, alongside exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CFT (Cross File Transfer) environments to ensure secure and reliable file transfers.
- Administer and optimize Control‑M workloads, incorporating batch scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting duties.
- Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and facilitating incident resolution.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of Kubernetes clusters in production settings.
- Engage in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to maintain platform stability.
- Contribute to documentation, continuous improvement, and operational best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with:
- CFT
- Control‑M
- Dynatrace
- Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience in enterprise or high-availability environments.
- Ability to excel in an international, multicultural environment.

- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
