Data Analyst at emagine

Data Analysts will use a data-driven methodology to ensure business success, contributing to the success of different business units. They quickly understand business challenges and use analytical skills to articulate insights clearly.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Build standardized analytics dashboards to centralize key metrics
  • Design and build tools for strategic decisions
  • Create and maintain team reports from various systems
  • Raise awareness for data needs and improvement opportunities
  • Leverage technology with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Shiny
  • Communicate data-driven insights to improve productivity
  • Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools
  • Process, cleanse, and verify data integrity
  • Create and present ad-hoc analyses clearly

Key Requirements

  • MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst
  • Experience with visual BI tools, Power BI preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Knowledge of R or Python; Shiny is a plus
  • Critical thinking to explore trends and insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Other Details

This is a full remote position with advanced English proficiency required.
