About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and key stakeholders by updating project documentation.
- Maintain and support governance processes.
- Track finances, benefits and prepare materials for Steering Committees.
- Monitor plan progress and milestones to ensure team transparency.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action points.
- Analyse project data and share insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate project updates.
Requirements
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
