Overview
The Technical Advisory Manager - Data & AI at Elitmind is a 100% remote role requiring residency in Poland. This role is ideal for professionals who have delivered or led Data Warehouse, Data Lake/Lakehouse, Business Intelligence, or AI projects using Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies.
Responsibilities
You will partner with key clients to understand their needs and design impactful data and AI solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Designing technical solution visions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborating with Delivery & Technology teams and global partners.
- Building long-term client relationships and expanding service portfolios.
- Advising on business growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Planning meetings, workshops, presentations and creating proposals.
- Occasional travel within Europe and the Middle East.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Strong expertise in Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence and Cloud Data Platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake technologies.
- Hands-on and management experience of delivering analytical projects.
- Excellent client advisory skills and ability to engage with c-level executives.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- A proactive, independent work approach.
