We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist/Social Media Growth Expert to drive the content strategy, focusing on viral YouTube and Instagram content. You will have significant creative freedom, a dedicated editing team, and support from a social media manager. This role offers substantial growth potential and the opportunity to significantly impact a prominent personal brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop viral YouTube content ideas.
- Create engaging and viral Instagram content concepts.
- Adapt long-form content into attention-grabbing short-form clips.
- Direct a team of 12+ video editors to enhance content appeal and virality.
- Consult with production and post-production teams to optimize content.
- Stay updated on new editing technologies and best practices for efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growing large personal brands.
- Exceptional creativity and a "savage" approach to content creation.
- Demonstrable success in social media growth.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing abilities.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to take direction and lead an editing team effectively.
Pay and Benefits
- Initial compensation of $6,000 per month for a 90-day evaluation period.
- Post-evaluation, compensation will range from $8,000 to $20,000+ per month, based on performance.
