We are seeking a highly skilled and creative YouTube & Instagram Growth Strategist to drive our content strategy and expand Tanner's personal brand across key social platforms.

This is a performance-driven role with significant upside potential. You will have full creative freedom to conceptualize viral content for YouTube (tannerchidester) and Instagram (@tanner.chidester), supported by a large dedicated editing team and a social media manager for posting and account management.

What We're Looking For

We need an individual with proven experience in growing significant personal brands and an EXTREMELY creative mindset. Your primary responsibility is to achieve substantial account growth for Tanner's YouTube and Instagram profiles. You must be proactive in generating content ideas; Tanner will provide input but relies on your expertise and initiative.

We encourage you to research successful personal brands like Grant Cardone, Dan Martell, Alex Becker, Gary Vaynerchuck, Christian Guzman, Alex Hormozi, Patrick Bet-David, Ashton Hall, William Brown, Charlie Morgan, Mike Thurston, and Sahil Bloom to understand the caliber of content and strategy required.

This role includes a 30-90 day test period. Continued employment and significant salary increases are contingent on demonstrable account growth. Performance is paramount; if growth metrics are not met, the partnership will conclude.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop viral YouTube content concepts.
• Generate viral Instagram content concepts.
• Transform long-form content into engaging, attention-grabbing short-form content.
• Direct video editing teams to optimize content for virality and impact.
• Consult with production and post-production teams throughout the content creation process.
• Continuously explore and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and reach.

Requirements

• Be an absolute savage with content creation and strategy.
• Demonstrable work experience in social media growth and strategy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing ability and impact.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

Initial compensation is $6,000 per month for the first 90 days. Upon successful performance and demonstrable account growth, the salary will increase to a minimum of $8,000 - $20,000 per month, with potential for further discussion based on experience and talent level.
