Freelance SDR Trainee Program
Live in Spain? Work & train as a freelance SDR with Elioud. Fluent English is required to book B2B meetings for global clients and earn up to €2,000/month.
We’re launching a freelance SDR trainee program in Spain. This is not a course or internship. It’s a path to becoming a paid outbound representative booking real meetings with decision-makers at global companies.
You’ll target leaders in Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, and Communications at organizations with over 1,000 employees, all in English. We strongly prefer applicants based in Barcelona, Valencia, or Madrid, although local offices may open in 2026.
Program Structure
- Week 1: Onboarding, group coaching, live role-play, and shadowing active SDRs.
- Week 2: Book meetings independently; benchmark is 2 qualified meetings.
- Pass the bar and move into active freelance campaigns.
Compensation
- €75 per booked meeting.
- If 5+ meetings are booked per week, you earn €100 per meeting — up to €500/week or €2,000/month.
- Bonus tiers available for consistent high output.
This is a freelance role, and you must be able to create and send invoices.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Based in Spain and remote-ready with quota-driven experience.
- Able to self-source and qualify B2B leads.

Selection Process
