Position Summary
As the International Sales Manager, you will oversee key international accounts, develop growth plans, drive market share, and execute sales strategies across multiple e.l.f. Beauty brands while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed brand objectives and sales goals
- Develop account strategy based on local market dynamics
- Identify white space opportunities to grow market share
- Ensure strong visual presence in store and online
- Forecast and provide feedback on performance goals
- Manage assortment, planogram work, and various P&L metrics
- Conduct sales meetings and product trainings
Requirements
- Based in the UK
- 12 month fixed term contract
- Minimum 3 years in Sales within the Beauty Industry
- Strong business acumen and financial skills
- Leadership, relationship building and team orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
