About The Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist, you will join a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Strategists. Your primary mission will be to deploy our advanced voice AI technology to solve the most challenging problems our customers face. You will synthesize disparate streams of thought into a coherent understanding of critical problems, data implications, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact.
While no two days are identical, a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their critical audio and voice AI requirements and pinpoint their most significant pain points.
- Identify relevant use cases through profound engagement with customer problems and workflows, collaborating with Engineers to integrate our voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
- Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring our technology seamlessly fits into their existing products and operational frameworks.
- Guide customers on industry best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximize their overall effectiveness.
- Present the outcomes of our work and propose future initiatives to diverse audiences, ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate closely with our Research and Product teams to infuse real-world field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and core AI models.
- Build and deliver compelling demonstrations of our voice and audio AI technology to both new and existing customers.
- Scope out potential applications in novel industries and strategically expand our AI solutions across various global sectors.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate daily with our customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity is essential. This can include experience from student clubs or side projects, provided you have a genuine interest in close customer interaction.
- Basic proficiency in Python and a fundamental understanding of API integration are required to implement scripts and assist with prototyping/demo building.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly the ability to summarize complex technical concepts and apply logical reasoning to pursue optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of effectively taking ownership of complex projects and consistently delivering tangible results.
- Demonstrated adaptability to work effectively across diverse customer environments and varied technical use cases.
- Strong technical aptitude to rapidly grasp our voice and audio AI models and their wide range of applications.
Location
This role operates remotely and can be executed from anywhere globally. For those who prefer, you have the option to work from one of our established offices located in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
